ACSER's Dr Barnaby Osborne and UNSW Mechanical and Manufacturing Engineering PhD student Joshua Brandt ventured into Zero-G to conduct their research experiment exploring fluid dynamics in microgravity. The experiment flew aboard a series of Novespace parabolic flights on October 12th through 15th in Bordeaux, France.
The experiment is a joint endeavour between the Australian Centre for Space Engineering Research at UNSW Australia and the International Space University in Strasbourg. It is supported by the Schools of Electrical Engineering and Mechanical & Manufacturing Engineering at UNSW.
