ACSER's Ben Southwell wins ION GNSS+ Paper Award

We're pleased to congratulate 3rd year PhD student Benjamin Southwell on receiving the ION GNSS+ 2018 Student Award for his paper:
“Investigating the Sensitivity of Delay Doppler Maps to Wind Direction using Ambiguous State Processing” .
The award includes complimentary registration to this year's conference, as well as a travel subsidy.
